Health Fair for Children and Adults (August 26, 2017)

We are excited to announce our first own Health Fair that will take place on August 26, 2017 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM next to our Eagle Rock Clinic located at 3920 Eagle Rock Blvd, Suite A, Eagle Rock, CA 90065

We will be offering a variety of services, back to school supplies, fun activities for children along with refreshments and snacks all FREE.
